Founded in 1997 as Brecher, Wyner & Simons, LLP, with three attorneys and a small support staff, the Firm expanded to nine lawyers in 1999 and became Brecher, Wyner, Simons & Bolan, LLP, when James S. Bolan joined.

In 2003, BWSB merged with Fox & Foner, LLP and, as a result, the Firm has become Brecher, Wyner, Simons, Fox & Bolan, LLP and grown to thirteen lawyers with a support staff of eighteen.
